This research aims to develop a digital system in the PVTO UPY Garage student workshop to improve operational efficiency, management transparency, and collaboration between students and accompanying lecturers. Using research and development (R&D) methods, this research involves several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, prototype development, implementation, and evaluation. The research respondents consisted of business unit leaders, workshop managers, and customers. The results of the study show that the information system implemented can improve the efficiency of supervision, data management, and customer satisfaction. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of order recording, mechanical scheduling, and improved instructions and information completeness for users. In conclusion, this information system provides significant benefits, but further development is needed to improve the overall performance of the workshop. © 2025 Author(s).
