The availability of worksheets at the university level is still not widely developed, even though their use can facilitate students to conduct activities in a systematic and structured manner. This research aims to develop a worksheet that is feasible so that it can be applied in learning in the Science Education Study Programme. The Plomp model for developing worksheets is derived to the phases of preliminary investigation, design, realisation/construction, test, evaluation, and revision, and implementation. The framework in the developed worksheet integrates Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) to improve students' critical thinking skills and cultural literacy. The topic of Kotagede silver craft was raised as a learning resource from the cultural domain. The results stated that the percentage score of the worksheet assessment was 98.2% so it was declared very feasible. The practicality of the worksheet was 86.99% with very good response criteria. Increased critical thinking skills by 27.50% and increased cultural literacy by 34.44%. © 2025 Author(s).
