In the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) computers were used as a media of assessment. This study aims to develop a media assessment in the form of CAT-MARZANO as a form of response to the challenges of IR 4.0 in the world of education. The research method used is the R&D method using the 4D model to develop the CAT and Antonio Oriondo models to develop HOTS of Marzano's version test. This research was conducted on 11th grade students in Bantul District. The results of this study found that 136 questions developed were valid and reliable based on the Aiken V index (0.74.1.00) which was assessed by 9 experts. Test fit with PCM and effective for use with a percentage of 82.80%. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
