Educators are important Components for the education process. Selopamioro State Police School (SPN) of Yogyakarta Regional Police is an Educational Institution owned by the Indonesian National Police. It organizes police education formation and capacity building training for members of the Indonesian National Police. The education process at the Selopamioro SPN requires good management of educators for maximum results. This research is to describe the Management of Educators in Selopamioro State Police School of Yogyakarta Regional Police. The purpose of this study are to uncover: (1) Planning of teaching staff at the Selopamioro SPN, (2) Organizing the teaching staff at the Selopamioro SPN, (3) Implementation of the teaching staff plan at the Selopamioro SPN, (4) Supervision of the teaching staff at the Selopamioro SPN. This Study is a qualitative case study type, with collection data research obtained through: documentation, interviews, and observation. Data Analyses through stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate to improve Management of Educators in Selopamioro State Police School of Yogyakarta Regional Police. Whether planning, organizing, implementing plans, and monitoring should fill these values, after which the template creates. © 2020 ACM.
