Indonesia is known as a mixed legal system, the current social changes are strongly influenced by the development of modern countries, namely fundamental developments regarding advances in technology. Humans are currently required to live everything fast, effective and efficient in carrying out all activities with the support of the rapid development of technology. The pandemic coronavirus disease (Covid-19) has an impact on all sectors in the world, including Indonesia. The government has made policies and appealed to work from home which makes all work activities done at home by utilizing technology as well as efforts to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, we need modern laws that are based on the dynamics of the needs of society in this digital era because they will change the order of life in society, nation and state. © 2021, Diponegoro University.
