Maunicipal waste, if not appropriately managed, will cause environmental damage. However, waste can be managed for business purposes. This study aims to determine the spirit of green Entrepreneurship in improving business performance and developing environmentally friendly products. This study uses a descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Berjo Village, Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. This research focuses on the spirit of greenpreneurship on business performance through the development and innovation of environmentally friendly products. Data was obtained using interviews, observation, and documentation. Path analysis is used in the research before and after the implementation of greenpreneurship. The results show that the spirit of greenpreneurship does not have an important role in improving business performance. However, the spirit of greenpreneurship can improve business performance by developing environmentally friendly products. The research results are expected to be a reference for related parties in managing the spirit of greenpreneurship to improve business performance. © 2022, Ecozone, OAIMDD. All rights reserved.
