BPJS is one of the health insurance agency in Indonesia. Type BPJS consists of BPJS personal, BPJS PPU especially for workers in the company, and BPJS PBI special people who cannot afford to pay by the government and is set in the APBN. From the third category is the number of membership BPJS PBI increased from year to year. This study aims to predict the number of participants BPJS PBI from 2019 to 2021 by using The Fuzzy Time Series Cheng Method. Fuzzy Time Series Cheng has a slightly different way in the determination of the interval, using the Fuzzy Logical Relationship (FLR) to enter all the relationships and give the weights based on the sequence and looping FLR same. The calculation of the prediction accuracy on this model using a MAPE. The results of this study obtained the increase of participants BPJS PBI APBN from 2019 to 2021 by 52.071 participants with the results of MAPE 0.97% and precision of the prediction results obtained of 99.03%. © 2021 Rahmawati, Syarifah Inayati, Yuliana, Anggi Hanafiah.
