This study aims to determine the characteristics and eligibility of natural science e-learning student worksheet which was developed to optimize students' curiosity and scientific literacy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Another objective is to find out the description of students' curiosity and scientific literacy after using the natural science e-learning student worksheet. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD) with a 4-D model. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Boyolali. The technique of analyzing the eligibility data and the readability of the natural science student worksheet readability was the conversion of quantitative to qualitative scores with four categories, while the curiosity questionnaire analysis technique used the conversion of quantitative to qualitative scores with five categories. The data analysis technique for the pretest and posttest scientific literacy scores is the paired sample t-test and the calculation of the N-gain score. Based on the results of the assessment, it is known that natural science e-learning student worksheet is suitable for use in science learning with the eligibility category "highly eligible" by expert lecturers and science teachers, as well as "eligible" based on students' readability questionnaire. The level of curiosity of students after using the natural science student worksheet was in the very good category, meanwhile, the students’ scientific literacy increased in the medium category. © 2022 American Institute of Physics Inc..
