Poor performance of students in Biology may be caused by unfavorable teaching materials. Therefore innovations in teaching materials must be introduced. Regarding the rapid development of mobile technology, the learning process cannot ignore the critical role of technology. The purpose of this research is the development of e-module media based on android sub excretory system material. This study uses the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study are android-based e-modules on the sub-material of the excretion system are rated very good. The media experts ranked 75% of the media as very good. The material experts reviewed 76% of the content is good, and the biology teachers rated 86%. Moreover, the small-scaled trials confirmed 79% and the large-scaled trials by 81%. Based on the assessment results, android-based e-modules on the sub-material of the excretion system are very feasible to be used as media of teaching at schools. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc..
