This research aimed to produce the valid and feasible product of android multiple representative media to be used as independent learning media for improving student's cognitive learning outcomes and motivation. Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE's (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model was applied in this research. The implementation was carried out on 114 eleven-grade students of the two senior high schools in West Kalimantan, Indonesia using a simple random sampling technique. The implementation was conducted with Pre-Experiment Method One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection was conducted by using instrument test questions of cognitive learning, students' learning motivation questionnaire, and questionnaire of media quality assessment which had been validated theoretically and empirically which was developed with learning aspects, concept aspects, component aspect of multiple representatives, visual and audio aspects, and software engineering aspects. Test of Hotelling's T2 was used in this research. The results showed that android multiple representative media has valid and feasible to use in chemistry learning. The research also showed that there were significant differences in cognitive learning outcomes and student's learning motivation before and after using android multiple representative media with an increase of 19.74 and 18.39, with the percentage of effective media contribution in the amount of 46.8%. This research suggests that the use of android multiple representative media is recommended in chemistry learning at senior high school. © 2023 Author(s).
