Maintaining school quality and making student output in accordance with standards is one of the school's efforts to be able to make quality education, quality education can be demonstrated by the school's ability to improve school quality with effective and efficient school management processes. In this case, this article aims to determine the implementation of the quality management system at Senior High School 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon. This research method is a qualitative method using an exploratory approach with the aim of obtaining data on the implementation of the Quality Management system in Senior High School 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon. The data obtained in this study used observation and interview techniques. The results of this study were obtained in the form of information regarding the history of the formation of Senior High School 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon teaching and educational staff and their qualifications, school status and results of BAS-M accreditation, supporting school infrastructure, and the quality of Management of Senior High School 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon Quality management at Senior High School 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon, in general, has met the quality standards set in national education. Senior High School 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon has understood customer needs in the procurement and service of education in Cilegon City, through the implementation of a quality management system, the quality control model implemented at Senior High School 2 Krakatau Steel Cilegon is SPMI (Internal Quality Assurance Standard) which runs independently and is followed by school residents, and its implementation refers to the school's self-evaluation. © 2023 Author(s).
