Study this aim to know influence Grand Design policy Indonesian National Sports against implementation Independent Curric-ulum from teacher's view of use structural equity model method. Various studies national nor international show that Indonesia has expe-rience crisis learning (learning crisis) which is quite long. Studies the show that Lots from Indonesian children who don't capable understand reading simple or apply draft mathematics basic. For overcome crisis and various challenge that, then We need Systemic change, one of them through applicable policies. Study use customized data analysis with pattern research and variables studied. Model used in study This is a model of causality and for test question proposed research in study this so technique analysis used is SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) which is operated through the R research program use two Sampling techniques are purposive sampling and cluster random sampling. Deep clusters study sample for WIB cluster is 389.65673 or rounded into 390 samples, for WITA cluster is 379.019324 or rounded to 379, and to WIT cluster is 324. Research results show that Implementation two departing policy behind is actions that are often required in context government or business for overcome conflict interest or opposite goals.
