The Industrial 4.0 revolution requires creation and innovation. The ability to create and innovate must be mastered by educators and students. This study aimed to know students' need for Edugame multimedia and to improve the quality of learning by using technology in learning. The study analyzes the needs for mathematics self-efficacy (MSE) that are integrated with the development of Edugame multimedia in primary schools. This study is done in primary schools in Yogyakarta. The subject of this study is 304 primary school students. The study employed a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data obtained using the MSE students need an analysis of multimedia learning needs from the MSE, and the questionnaire consists of thirty statement items. The data in this study is analyzed using a descriptive analysis. The analysis is used to explain and analyze the needs for MSE that are integrated into the development of Edugame multimedia. This study indicates that students in learning need appropriate learning media. Based on the analysis of MSE needs to study the media, teachers claim to require Edugame multimedia. Students needed for Edugame multimedia to enhance student MSE. The need to develop Edugame multimedia in mathematical learning. The need to develop multimedia learning Edugame for math study is consistent with the results of MSE. Edugame multimedia is developed based on technology and combines various media that include material concepts, tutorials, and inter-class education games. There are quizzes and assessments. Thus, MSE students in math learning can be helped by Edugame multimedia, and students are expected to be more interested in attending math lessons, thus boosting students' motivations, convictions, and self-efficacy. © 2026 Author(s).
