The 21st-century skills, especially in the educational field, require greater mastery of technology. Education with a STEM approach is a learning process that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of feasibility of the STEM-based E-Module developed with the PBL learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills and learning motivation. The method used in this research was Research and Development with a 4D model which was limited to the development stage in the assessment step. The research data was used to determine whether the e-module can be continued to the implementing stage based on the assessment of educational experts and practitioners. The results of the analysis show that this e-module is feasible and can be tested on students. © 2024 Author(s).
