This research uses quantitative methods with bibliometric and content analysis techniques. Bibliometrics were analyzed using VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel, and the stages were research mapping, publication map, thematic analysis, and conclusion. Content analysis was conducted on 40 articles specific to higher education. The research results obtained: 1) The United States is the country that publishes the most articles and influences the topics of PBL, DT, and STEM on PS. 2) research related to the topic of PBL developed the most in 2020 on the topic of STEM, DT to PS developed in 2021, and the integration of PBL, DT, and STEM topics continues to develop until now and is a topic that is still widely researched. 3) Research on the topics of PBL, DT, and STEM in universities continues to increase every year, with most methods being quantitative. 4) Research on integrating the three topics of PBL, DT, and STEM has never been conducted simultaneously, especially in improving problem-solving. © 2026 by International Online Journal of Education and Teaching (IOJET).
