Abstract

This study aimed to review the relationship between curiosity, interest in learning and important motivation as three factors supporting the successful learning in education through a literature review from previous research and its role in chemistry learning. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The objectives of SLR include being used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with interesting phenomenon topic areas, with certain relevant research questions. The Sistematic literature review steps consisted of three main stages, namely identification and collection of articles, selection of articles based on criteria, and selection of main articles. A total of 28 articles were examined as the main sources that met the criteria and several others as supporters in this study from 2004 to 2020. The final result of this research is that there is a significant and linear relationship between the three factors, namely learning motivation, interest in learning and students' curiosity in learning science, especially chemistry. © 2024 Author(s).
