Implementation of case method and project based learning in general courses as an effort to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of MKU learning at Tidar University. There are 7 general courses at Tidar University, namely Pancasila, Citizenship Education, Indonesian Language, English, Religion, and Entrepreneurship. This research uses survey research, the respondents of this research are MKU lecturers at Tidar University. Collecting data with questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of the research on early learning activities have often been carried out, the core activity is the implementation of learning that has not implemented case methods and project base learning consistently and optimally, there are learning steps that have not been implemented. The final activities of the lecture are often carried out by giving conclusions, the existence of motivation and appreciation, greetings, learning activities have not ended with prayer. © 2024 Author(s).
