Basic Electronics is a foundational subject in the industrial electronics engineering major at vocational school in Indonesia that plays a crucial role in shaping students' understanding of electronic components and circuit operations. However, traditional methods of teaching this subject often rely heavily on theoretical explanations, which can result in low student engagement and limited practical competence. To address this challenge, this study aims to develop an interactive learning media in the form of a training kit that enhances student participation through hands-on experience and real-time feedback. This study aims to develop an interactive learning media-based training kit tailored to the Basic Electronics subject for vocational high school students. The development followed the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Validation involved assessments from material and media experts. The material expert gave an average score of 95%, indicating a very valid level of media. Meanwhile, the media expert assigned a score of 92.6%, also categorized as very valid. The developed media was also tested on 30 students in a limited trial, achieving a student response score of 88.4%, which supports its usability and effectiveness. In addition, students' learning outcomes also increased from the average score of 72 to 95. These results indicate that the training kit is highly suitable as a learning medium for basic electronics instruction. © 2025 IEEE.
