Abstract

This research was conducted to optimize practicum learning in the Electronics Engineering Expertise Program in the Audio Video Engineering Concentration at SMK Negeri 2 Singosari by using the LM1875-based High-Fidelity Audio Training Kit as a suitable learning media for Phase F students. Currently, practicum learning in the Audio Video System Planning and Installation Element of the Merdeka Curriculum is not optimal due to the lack of use of adequate practicum learning media. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by adopting the Borg and Gall Cycle R&D development model which includes ten stages. The subjects of this research consisted of 27 students of class XI TAV 1 at SMK Negeri 2 Singosari and the research data was evaluated by material experts, media experts, and responses from students as users. The results showed that the High-Fidelity Audio Training Kit with LM1875 functioned well and could be operated optimally. The Training Kit, practicum module, and job sheet have been produced from this research. The feasibility level of the Training Kit was assessed by material experts, media experts, and users, with a total percentage of "Very Feasible" of 95.59%, 92.05%, and 90.01% respectively. © 2025 American Institute of Physics Inc..
