Abstract

Experiential learning with the help of AR media is important in developing skills in the 21st century. One of the skills that can be achieved is science literacy. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the use of integrated AR media Experiential Learning Model (ELM) in science learning can affect student literacy. Electronic teaching materials will be given to learning in which AR media is included, and ELM will be given to guide activities at the learning stage. Descriptive quantitative methods will be used with a pre-experimental design. The sample of this study was 33 students in junior high school. The data collection technique was carried out quantitatively with a one-group pretestpostets design. Data analysis using the Wilocoxon test two related samples. The results obtained showed an increase in students' literacy skills after being given treatment. The significance can be seen from the magnitude of the effect size of 0.58. This value states that effective science learning through experiential learning with the help of AR media can affect students' literacy skills by entering the high category. © 2025 IEEE.
