This study aims to evaluate the development of a digital learning platform using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method involving five experts in digital learning, learning media, and educational technology. The evaluation employed 33 indicators across nine key dimensions: usability, navigation, graphic design, content, compatibility, loading speed, functionality, accessibility, and language. Each indicator was rated on a fourpoint Likert scale to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the platform's quality and practicality. The FGD data were analysed using the Many-Facet Rasch Model (MFRM) to assess inter-rater reliability, indicator validity, and the difficulty level of each facet. The analysis revealed that most indicators demonstrated strong correlations and fell within optimal thresholds, indicating that the evaluation instrument was both valid and reliable in measuring platform quality. Overall, the experts provided positive assessments of the platform's usability, content, and graphic design, while recommending improvements in loading speed and accessibility. © 2025 IEEE.
