Student employees face complex challenges in balancing academic and work obligations that have the potential to cause stress and negatively impact academic performance. A growth mindset, as a belief that abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work, can help student employees overcome these challenges. However, training programs targeted at developing a growth mindset in this group are still limited. This research method is a qualitative-conceptual approach based on a literature review of secondary data in the form of journal articles, books, and official reports to develop a conceptual framework for growth mindset training programs for student employees at the university. The results showed that the training program can be designed with a blended learning model in three stages, including pre-training, training sessions, and post-training. The program has the potential to improve growth mindset, resilience, academic and work performance, psychological well-being, and social-emotional skills. A major limitation of the hypothetical framework is discussed. © 2025 IEEE.
