This study investigates how data-driven learning and digital feedback can enhance the understanding and improvement of sport-specific skills in physical education, focusing on the relationship between arm muscle strength and jump-shot performance in handball. A quantitative correlational approach was employed with 32 male university athletes from Halu Oleo University. Arm muscle strength was assessed using the 30 -second push-up test, and jump-shot performance was measured through a 60 -second accuracy test, with digital video recordings analyzed using motion-analysis software to provide real-time feedback. The results revealed a strong, significant correlation between arm muscle strength and jump-shot success (r=0.67>r-table=0.349, p<0.05), indicating that 45% of performance variance is explained by upper-body strength. Conceptually, this research highlights how digital performance data and feedback loops can support technology-enhanced learning in sports education by enabling more precise skill evaluation and personalized training. © 2025 IEEE.
